Currently, we’re expanding our team and seeking Corporate Innovation Specialist who is

  • a restless learner who enjoys making sense of new things you don’t understand
  • curious by nature, noticing your questions and asking at the right moment
  • willing to experiment with possible ideas to find the best creative approach
  • adaptable, knowing when to sacrifice short-term benefits to pursue long-term achievement

You will manage corporate innovation programs and work closely with our partners to cultivate innovation capabilities and establish a culture of innovation. You will play a critical role in managing the entire innovation process, from idea generation to implementation, and fostering a culture of innovation within the corporate-startup community.

Once Here, You Will

  • Spot innovation opportunities, identify innovation strategy and design a company-fit innovation framework.
  • Manage several innovation projects (e.g., people innovation, business innovation, etc.) related to innovation strategy and framework.
  • Be the point of contact and work closely with our partners.
  • Work hands-on independently and in a team environment to get the job done.
  • Keep a written record of innovation activities in your responsible projects as a report.

Experience

  • Have a strong understanding of the innovation process.
  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Have excellent project management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and compromise with boundaries to make decisive and informed decisions.
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
